The Conveyancing Solicitor will be
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- Advising clients on purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and new build transactions.
- Providing clear, practical and commercially focused property advice.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and effectively.

The Conveyancing Solicitor should be
- A solicitor between NQ to 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. (NQ's will need a strong seat)
- Experienced in handling property purchases, sales and remortgage transactions.
- Capable of managing their own caseload with an appropriate level of supervision.
- Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive and keen to progress their career within a supportive firm environment.
