You will join an established and collaborative real estate team acting for a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, family offices, developers, investors, high-net-worth individuals, luxury brands, hospitality businesses, charities, lenders and occupiers.

Description
The role will involve exposure to a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:
Acquisitions, disposals and lettings.
Acting for developers, investors, occupiers, private clients and family offices.
Residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use development projects.
Promotion and option agreements relating to development land.
Banking, lending and refinancing transactions.
Portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
Hotel and leisure sector transactions.
Landlord and tenant asset management work.
Corporate real estate acquisitions
Profile
To be considered, you should have:
2-4 years' post-qualification experience within commercial real estate.
Strong technical knowledge of property and land law.
Experience gained within a well-regarded real estate team.
Excellent drafting, communication and client-facing skills.
A proactive and commercially minded approach.
The ability to work effectively within a collaborative and cross-disciplinary environment.
An interest in business development and networking activities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms
Job Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
