An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a globally recognised law firm on a fully remote basis.

The successful candidate will support a high-volume commercial contracts function, with a particular focus on Saa S agreements and outsourced contract work.

Due to increased workflow within their commercial contracts team, they are seeking an experienced lawyer to provide specialist support on a fully remote contract basis.

Description Key responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.

Advising stakeholders on contractual risks and obligations.

Supporting an outsourced contracts function with overflow work.

Managing Saa S and other technology-related agreements.

Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.

Working independently within a fully remote environment.
