Description

  • Conveyancing & Transaction Management: Manage the end-to-end sale process, including preparing contract packs, handling enquiries, coordinating exchanges, meeting key deadlines, and ensuring successful completion of new home sales.

  • Compliance & Technical Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, home ownership schemes, sales incentive programmes, and the disposal of affordable housing assets.
  • File Management & Organisation: Ensure accurate file management in line with paperless procedures, whilst proactively planning and prioritising workloads to support efficient transaction delivery.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with colleagues across the business, contributing to a collaborative team environment and providing support during busy periods.
  • Development & Continuous Improvement: Build expertise in conveyancing processes and technical matters, develop an understanding of wider business functions, and participate in relevant training and development activities.

Profile

  • Previous experience in a plot sales environment OR residential conveyancing practice along with a detailed understanding of the residential property environment and having a minimum of three years relevant experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the conveyancing processes is essential.
  • Ability to commute to Hampshire 2-3 days a week
