Description
Working as part of an established and collaborative real estate team, you will advise on a varied workload including:
Commercial landlord and tenant matters
Asset management and portfolio management work
Managed office and occupier matters
Investment acquisitions and disposals
Property finance transactions
Development and regeneration projects
Title review, due diligence and reporting
Running your own matters while supporting on larger complex transactions
Profile
The successful candidate is MUST have:
Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3+ years' PQE
Strong commercial real estate experience gained within a reputable property practice
Experience handling landlord and tenant matters and transactional property work
Excellent technical and drafting skills
Strong client relationship management abilities
A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice
Ambition to develop within a leading property team
Job Offer
Competitive salary of £70,000 to £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
