Job Description
- Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner working as part of a wider HR Team
- Partner with your site leadership teams for all aspects of HR
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees including complex ER casework and tribunal level
- Managing Union site based relationships and pay negotiations when required
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes
- Collaborate with leadership teams to shape organisational culture and change initiatives
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a manufacturing, logistics or fast paced hands on environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Have previously worked with Unions
- Managed complex ER casework up to tribunal level
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Confidence in handling sensitive issues with professionalism
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data effectively
