This role is with a well-established organisation in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector. As a large organisation, they are known for their robust operations and commitment to excellence in financial and operational management.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering financial planning and analysis across the group.
- Working with the CFO, Finance Director, Operations, Director of Business Performance and Heads of Routes and Heads of Revenue/Costs to lead on budgeting and forecasting, including developing / owning medium term finance model covering income statement, cashflow and balance sheet.
- Developing, reporting and managing performance against KPIs, working with the Business Performance function.
- Leading role on shareholder reporting and analysis, and responding to ad hoc shareholder queries.
- Production of month end reporting (Route P&Ls, Board Pack, MSV pack).
- Coordinating with the Accounts, Finance, Control team on cashflow forecasting.
- Providing feedback on key business performance metrics.
- Supporting various audit processes / queries.
- Supporting IT finance related projects, including ERP project, AI initiatives and Power BI reporting.
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Competitive salary ranging from 80,000 to 90,000 per annum.
