About Our Client Our client are seeking an experienced Engineering Controls Manager to take ownership of the controls and Building Management Systems (BMS) strategy across a large and diverse estate, including retail and distribution environments.

Job Description Develop and enhance engineering controls and BMS platforms across the estate.

Collaborate with technical, operational, property, and IT stakeholders to deliver consistent engineering solutions.

Lead the development of short, medium, and long-term controls strategies.

Produce technical specifications and support the design and delivery of engineering projects.
