Job Description Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Facilitate staff training and development programmes to enhance skills and performance.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a professional manner.

The Successful Applicant A successful HR Lead should have: Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
