The team is responsible for delivering innovative financing solutions to corporate, sovereign and financial institution clients, working closely with Export Credit Agencies, Multilateral Development Banks and Development Finance Institutions worldwide. Job Description As Vice President, you will play a key role in both originating and executing ECA and development finance transactions.Key responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, sovereign entities, exporters and project sponsors.Identifying and originating new business opportunities across export finance and structured lending markets.Structuring financing solutions involving ECAs, MDBs and DFIs.Leading transactions from initial pitch and mandate acquisition through to financial close.Preparing and presenting credit applications to internal stakeholders and approval committees.Coordinating due diligence, financial analysis and transaction execution processes.Negotiating commercial terms and supporting documentation processes.Working closely with legal, credit, syndication and operations teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.Supporting the delivery of revenue, portfolio and strategic growth objectives.Representing the business externally and developing relationships across the broader export finance market.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate is likely to demonstrate:Proven Export Credit Agency (ECA), Development Finance Institution (DFI) and/or Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) financing experience.Strong origination capability with a demonstrable track record of developing new business opportunities and generating transaction flow.End-to-end transaction execution experience from initial client engagement through to financial close.Experience pitching financing solutions directly to corporate, financial institution and sovereign clients.Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience securing transaction mandates.Ability to independently manage transaction workstreams and drive multiple stakeholders towards successful execution.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with clients, ECAs, advisers, credit teams, syndications and internal governance functions.Experience preparing and presenting credit applications and supporting internal approval processes.Strong analytical capability, including financial statement analysis, transaction structuring and financial modelling.Well-developed external network across clients, ECAs, DFIs, MDBs, exporters, sponsors and advisers.Ability to identify opportunities in both existing and new markets and contribute towards revenue growth objectives.Comfortable operating with a significant degree of autonomy and taking ownership of transactions with limited day-to-day supervision.Confident representing the bank externally and acting as a credible relationship manager for clients and key industry stakeholders.What's on OfferHighly visible Vice President position within a leading international banking platform.Genuine blend of origination and transaction execution responsibilities.Exposure to complex, high-value cross-border financings.Opportunity to work with leading Export Credit Agencies, MDBs and DFIs globally.Broad sector coverage across infrastructure, energy, industrials and export finance.
