Job DescriptionOversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Ensure efficient cash flow management and financial risk mitigation.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Finance should have: A strong background in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.Proven ability to lead financial teams and implement strategies effectively.
Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes. A solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
