Job DescriptionProvide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders.
Monitor budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending actions.
Support the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in evaluating business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the transport and distribution industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting tools.
The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Experience in partnering with various teams to drive business outcomes. A professional finance qualification would be advantageous.
What's on OfferSalary ranging from 65,000 to 70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
