Job Description Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis to identify key trends and discrepancies.

The Successful Applicant A successful Part-Qualified Financial Accountant should have: Part-qualified/Finalist for ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (or qualified by experience).
Minimum of 3 years' experience within a financial accounting or management accounting role.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
Confident communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently.
Experience within property, real estate, construction, or a multi-entity environment would be advantageous.
