About Our Client
Page Group are working with a leading SME business who operate in the manufacturing & supply chain industry, who are now looking to appoint a new Head of Customer Service at their offices in Sheffield.
Job Description
- Strategically & Operationally lead Customer Service, Order Processing, Internal Sales & Account Management.
- Create, implement and drive the CX Strategy across a national B2B customer base.
- Conduct in depth reviews of existing process and procedures to highlight opportunities to drive positive change, leading to better outcomes for customers, improved operational efficiency, reduced lead times and increased profit.
- Work closely with production planning to manage order book to help create a timely distribution plan.
- Manage relations with 3rd party logistics providers, managing commercial contracts and ensuring SLA's are met.
- Take ownership of any escalated customer issues with a view to resolve in a timely manner.
- Work closely with sales function to manage customer onboarding and provide support where required.
- Identify opportunities to implement new technologies, systems and AI that improve customer satisfaction and reduce manual workload.

- Experience within a manufacturing, supply chain, production or logistics environment.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
