Job Description Lead the development of policy positions and coordinate responses to consultations from government, regulators and industry bodies.
Monitor legislative, regulatory and political developments, providing insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Draft high-quality briefing papers, reports, consultation responses and strategic communications.
Work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure policy positions are evidence-based, practical and aligned with organisational priorities.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, sector bodies and regulatory partners.
The Successful Applicant Experience in policy, public affairs, government affairs, regulation or stakeholder engagement within a regulated environment.
Strong policy analysis and drafting skills, with experience producing high-quality reports, briefings or consultation responses.
Ability to interpret complex legislation, regulation or policy and translate it into practical recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and working across multiple teams.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
