Job Description Analyse existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Develop and implement enhanced financial procedures and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices in finance operations.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further refinements as needed.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving its strategic objectives.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Finance Process Consultant should have: Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems within the professional services industry.
Proven experience in process improvement and implementation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Experience of SAP4 Hana and/or SAP R/3.
