Job Description:
- Partner with senior leaders to provide insight, challenge and strategic guidance on performance and growth opportunities.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Support and influence commercial decision-making, including pricing strategies and profitability initiatives.
- Deliver robust financial modelling, analysis and performance reporting to inform business planning.
- Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across multiple business areas.
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency and financial processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with non-finance teams.
- Contribute to key projects, change initiatives and the evolution of the commercial finance function.
The Successful Applicant: We're looking for a commercially minded finance leader with the ability to influence at the highest levels:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven background in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles within complex organisations.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance.
- Highly analytical, with advanced financial modelling capabilities.
- Confident communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly and constructively challenge leadership.
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
