Rattaché au Directeur Juridique Groupe, vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble des sujets de contractualisation à dimension internationale. Véritable référent(e) juridique, vous accompagnez les directions opérationnelles et fonctionnelles en France et à l'international dans la négociation, la sécurisation et le suivi de contrats complexes. À ce titre, vous analysez, rédigez, négociez et pilotez différents types de contrats : contrats commerciaux, accords-cadres, contrats fournisseurs, prestations de services, partenariats, contrats informatiques, accords de confidentialité, marchés publics et privés. Vous identifiez les risques, formulez des recommandations pragmatiques et accompagnez les équipes jusqu'à la signature et l'exécution des contrats.
Vous contribuez à la définition et au déploiement de la politique contractuelle du Groupe, participez à l'harmonisation des pratiques internationales et développez les outils et process permettant de sécuriser les opérations. Vous intervenez également sur les projets stratégiques, les opérations transfrontalières et les négociations à forts enjeux.
Enfin, vous conseillez les équipes dirigeantes sur les problématiques contractuelles sensibles, participez à la gestion des précontentieux et contentieux contractuels en lien avec les conseils externes, et contribuez activement à la maîtrise des risques juridiques du Groupe.
The Successful Applicant
Titulaire d'un Master en Droit des Affaires idéalement complété par une formation ou un diplôme à l'international, vous justifiez d'au moins 15 ans d'expérience acquise au sein d'une direction juridique internationale et/ou d'un cabinet d'avocats d'affaires. Une expérience professionnelle à l'étranger serait appréciée. Vous possédez une expertise reconnue en droit des contrats, négociation internationale et gestion des risques juridiques. Pragmatique, orienté(e) solutions et proche des enjeux opérationnels, vous évoluez avec aisance dans des environnements complexes. Vous êtes bilingue en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
