Job Description As a Senior Programme Manager you will be working on high-profile Corporate Real Estate portfolios.
You will be working with clients from different sectors, ranging from Tech to Pharma, Financial Services through to FMCG and Media.
This is a strategic role, managing diverse capital programmes.
Key
Responsibilities: Lead the successful delivery of a medium to large programme, or a defined and complex portion of a larger programme, ensuring outcomes are achieved in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Provide direction and coordination across project managers and functional leads to ensure integrated and consistent delivery.
Establish and maintain governance processes, including reporting, assurance activities, and decision‑making arrangements.
Support program initiation activities such as mobilisation, planning, development of delivery approaches, and implementation of program tools and systems.
Drive effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely resolution of issues across internal and external parties.
