Alberto Galli Work closely with the client's Real Estate team Oversee large scale CRE transformation projects/capital programmes About Our Client Our client is an independent project and building consultancy that acts as a genuine extension to their clients' corporate real estate teams.

They delver strategic transformation programmes across UK & EMEA.

You will be working with clients from different sectors, ranging from Tech to Pharma, Financial Services through to FMCG and Media.

Lead the successful delivery of a medium to large programme, or a defined and complex portion of a larger programme, ensuring outcomes are achieved in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Provide direction and coordination across project managers and functional leads to ensure integrated and consistent delivery.

Support program initiation activities such as mobilisation, planning, development of delivery approaches, and implementation of program tools and systems.

Lead risk, issue, and change management processes to sustain delivery confidence and proactive problem‐solving.

Provide commercial and contractual oversight for assigned program elements, supporting supplier management and financial performance.

Degree educated in Real Estate, Construction or Engineering Professional membership of a relevant body (RICS, APM, PMP, CIOB)Proven experience in project and programme management, particularly in large-scale, high-profile real estate transformation projects.

Strong track record in governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and financial management.
