They're looking for an EMEA Regional Controller to join the leadership team and support a complex, multi-entity environment spanning the UK, Germany and wider EMEA region.

Job Description High-profile role partnering directly with the EMEA Finance Director- Fast-paced, evolving environment where finance has genuine influence on business decisions Ownership of month-end, quarter-end and EMEA consolidation activities Exposure to US GAAP and reporting into a US-listed parent company Leadership of both in-house and outsourced finance teams Significant involvement in acquisition integration, controls and process improvement projects Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy in all financial documents.

Oversee compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Supervise accounting operations across the EMEA region.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial procedures.

Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
