About Our Client: My client is an international leading Software company, specialising in information governance and regulatory compliance, with a growing global presence and strong reputation.
The Business Development Manager - Financial Services and RegTech will be responsible for driving new business across the UK initially but also the EMEA region in the Financial Services Industry, selling into the FS, Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management.
Key responsibilities:
- Driving pipeline, business development strategy, account growth and execution.
- Up-selling and leveraging market-generated opportunities.
- Utilising existing skill-set to open doors and leverage contacts, growing out from the UK across the EMEA region.
- Leading all negotiations, presentations and solution/product demonstrations.
- Partnering with the GTM team and technical teams to align strategy and execution, utilising Salesforce to manage opportunities.
The Successful Applicant:
- Strong existing knowledge of the FS industry.
- Knowledge of compliance, disclosure and regulated documentation.
- Experience of using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
- Experience with complex software solutions.
- Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets in a relevant environment.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking ability and existing contacts to utilise.
- Highly motivated, driven and can work autonomously.
- Excellent analytical skills and keen to build a business themselves.
There is a UK office in the Reading, Thames Valley area - ideally we would have candidates close to our commuter distance to the office but open for the right candidate on location also.
What's on Offer: Up to 100,000 base salary, depending on experience, OTE to 75,000 on top plus contractual benefits.
