b Overview /b p In this senior role, you will lead Quality, Food Safety and Technical Governance to ensure compliance and excellence across QSHE. You will shape the strategy, oversee certifications, and drive product integrity and incident response initiatives. Working with cross-functional partners, you will advance sustainability, risk reduction, and safety culture. You will partner with leadership to deliver on quality, safety and environmental goals. This is an opportunity to influence a global drinks manufacturer known for quality and responsible practices. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead Quality, Food Safety and Technical Governance to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices /li li Oversee QSHE management systems and certifications ensuring audit readiness /li li Drive product integrity through vulnerability assessments, food defence and fraud prevention /li li Maintain traceability systems and effective issue resolution processes /li li Lead incident and crisis management including root cause analysis and corrective actions /li li Champion a Zero Harm culture via behavioural safety programmes and risk prevention /li li Improve environmental performance: waste reduction, emissions management, recycling, resource efficiency /li li Develop and execute QSHE strategy aligned with organizational goals /li li Manage QSHE budgets, laboratories and external providers /li li Build capability through coaching, succession planning and leadership development /li li Lead cross-functional projects supporting safe, compliant capital investment delivery /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Senior leadership experience in a complex FMCG/food/beverage/manufacturing environment /li li Deep expertise in Quality, Food Safety and QSHE management systems /li li Experience in incident, risk and crisis management /li li Track record of safety culture transformation and behavioural safety initiatives /li li Knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability practices /li li Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills /li li Analytical and data-driven decision making /li li Degree in a related discipline /li li Willingness to travel regularly /li /ul ul li leadership /li li stakeholder management /li li analytical mindset /li li QSHE management systems /li li risk and incident management /li li traceability and food safety frameworks /li /ul
