Job Description Lead the delivery of luxury villa and premium corporate office projects from inception to completion.
Manage project approvals with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies.
Coordinate and drive consultants, architects, designers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor programme, cost, quality and project risks to ensure successful delivery.
Review designs and technical submissions to maintain project objectives and quality standards.
Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
Manage procurement, tender evaluations and consultant/contractor performance.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with timelines, budgets and governance requirements.
Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution.
Support future expansion into larger real estate and international development projects.
The Successful Applicant Proven experience delivering high-end luxury villas, premium office fit-outs, hospitality or luxury retail projects on the client side, consultancy or contractor side.
Recent UAE experience is mandatory for this position Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline from a recognised Western university is highly preferred Strong track record managing consultants, contractors, authorities and senior stakeholders independently.
Excellent understanding of approvals, procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
Experience working in premium, detail-driven environments where quality and stakeholder management are critical.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage with executive leadership in an international business environment.
