The firm is known for its supportive environment, emphasis on training and its commitment to helping employees reach their full potential Job Description The Private Client Solicitor will be: Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from inception through to completion.
Advising clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, executries, estate planning and incapacity matters.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service and practical legal advice.
Working collaboratively with colleagues while providing guidance and support where appropriate.
Contributing to the continued growth and success of a highly regarded private client practice.
The Successful Applicant The Private Client Solicitor should be: A solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in private client law.
Experienced in handling wills, powers of attorney, trusts, executries and estate planning matters.
Comfortable managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Skilled at building relationships and delivering outstanding client service. A strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. STEP qualified or working towards qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from 50,000 to 65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
