Job Description
As the Senior Operations Manager you will:
- Review current warehouse operations, colleagues, and systems to prioritise key projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies (flow, processes, team structure).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated warehouse team to build engagement and performance in line with growing demands. This will include working through opposition to change.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for logistics operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions to support business growth.
The Successful Applicant
