Job Description Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently and complies with all regulations.

Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver excellent service.

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on healthcare needs.

Oversee stock management and ensure availability of necessary medications.

Handle prescription processing and ensure accuracy at all times.

Collaborate with other departments to support the wider store operations.

Monitor and improve pharmacy performance against key targets.

Maintain a safe and professional environment for both staff and customers.

Working 40 hours per week.

The Successful Applicant A successful Pharmacist Manager should have: Full registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPh C).

Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Previous experience managing a pharmacy team.

Proficiency in providing advice on healthcare and medications.

Attention to detail, particularly in prescription processing and compliance.

Confidence in managing stock levels and ensuring availability of medications.

Commercial awareness with the ability to achieve business objectives.

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer and patient care.
