Job Description Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Maintain compliance with all applicable payroll regulations and tax requirements.

Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data is reflected in payroll systems.

Handle payroll queries and provide resolution in a professional and timely manner.

Generate and review payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure pension contributions and other deductions are processed correctly.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.

Support audits by providing relevant payroll documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant A successful Payroll Specialist should have: Proficiency in payroll systems and relevant software tools.

Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance in the UK.

Experience in handling payroll within the not-for-profit sector is desirable.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
