Job Description The Rotating Equipment Mechanical Engineer will need; Review of tender specifications Creating and checking of tender documentation including drawings, specifications, parts lists, and technical descriptions.

Technical coordination of vendors for sub-contractor parts/services.

Project planning and technical support of commercial discussions with Customers and suppliers.

Field support Provide technical support during rotating equipment and gas turbine overhaul Secondment to site.

Preparing installation procedures, method statements and risk assessments.

Product development Develop Models, drawings and specifications for a wide range of rotating equipment and gas turbine component parts and assemblies.

Other Duties Respond to both internal and external technical enquiries.

Review and action production concession requests and non-conformance reports.

Respond to repair process and development issues.

Conduct RCA's in conjunction with field and customer representatives.

Site surveys as required.

The Successful Applicant A successful Rotating Equipment Engineer should have: A degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Experience working with rotating equipment within the energy & natural resources industry.

Ideally knowledge of Industrial Gas Turbines Strong technical knowledge of maintenance and repair processes.

Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
