Job Description The Construction Solicitor position will involve the following tasks: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction, fully familiar with the NEC suite of contracts, and procurement contracts Ability to manage planning permissions, building approvals, and other regulatory licences.

Strong capability in contract claims management and cross jurisdiction dispute handling.
