Job Description:

  • Oversee coordination with fund administrators, custodians, and third-party service providers.
  • Act as the key operational contact for investment teams, ensuring efficient handling of operational requests.
  • Coordinate with internal corporate functions including IT and corporate services.
  • Monitor operational workflows, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring service quality and issue resolution.
  • Lead vendor onboarding processes, including due diligence and documentation.
  • Maintain operational controls, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Track operational budgets, monitor costs, and support invoice and payment processes.
