Job Description:
As Process Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of a large-scale processing facility, ensuring production targets, improvement opportunities, and safety standards are consistently achieved. Working closely with the site leadership team, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting frontline teams, and helping to create a positive, high-performing culture across the operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the safe and efficient running of production operations.
- Monitoring production, quality, and efficiencies.
- Driving continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, reliability, safety, and quality.
- Working closely with maintenance and engineering teams to maximise plant performance.

- Experience supporting, supervising, mentoring, or leading operational teams.
