Job Description Lead the design, development and implementation of the organisation's reward and benefits strategy.
Review and enhance compensation frameworks, including salary bands, pay structures and annual pay review processes.
Conduct market bench marking, salary surveys and competitor analysis to ensure reward offerings remain competitive.
Analyse reward and people data to provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Own and continuously improve employee benefits, ensuring investment delivers maximum value and engagement.
Develop and maintain reward policies, processes and governance frameworks.
Partner with HR and business leaders to support attraction, retention and employee engagement objectives.
Provide expert advice on compensation, benefits, pensions and reward-related matters.
Support organisational change initiatives by ensuring reward programmes align with business objectives.
Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Monitor market trends and emerging reward practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

The Successful Applicant A successful Interim Head of Reward should have: Proven experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or a HR role with strong reward exposure.
Experience with salary bench marking, pay structures and reward frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to inform decisions.
Knowledge of employee benefits and pensions.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven.
Able to influence senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.
