Job Description Lead the transformation and optimisation of Treasury processes, ensuring they support the organisation's strategic and operational objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, controls, and service delivery across Treasury operations.
Act as the subject matter expert for Treasury Management Systems, maintaining awareness of system developments and leveraging industry networks to influence future enhancements and best practices.
Ensure Treasury processes operate within a strong control framework, maintaining compliance with governance, audit, and risk management requirements.
Own the Treasury systems landscape, including implementation, enhancement, integration, support, training, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery, while ensuring risks are effectively managed throughout the system lifecycle.
The Successful Applicant A successful Treasury Operations/Systems professional should have: Proven Systems or Programme Transformation planning and delivery experience.
Demonstrating delivery in Treasury Operations and understanding of Treasury systems and technologies (FIS, Quantum, Reval).
Strong evidence of working with Treasury operations and controls.
Proficiency in Treasury management systems and financial software.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to work in a matrix RACI environment to drive change, problem solve and manage complex projects gained through working in a similar environment.
