Key requirements
- Experience in Employment Tribunal litigation
- Grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations issues
- TUPE and outsourcing projects
- Redundancy and restructuring exercises
- Employment support on corporate transactions
- Employment due diligence reports
- Drafting and negotiating warranties and indemnities
- Multi-jurisdictional employment projects
- Legal research and advisory work
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures
- Client training and seminar delivery
