Job Description Reporting to regional leadership, you will lead the marketing function in Egypt with a strong focus on product marketing and market positioning of building materials solutions.

Key responsibilities include: Define and execute the country marketing strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.

Lead, develop and manage the local marketing team, ensuring effective execution across brand, product, and digital marketing activities.

Drive product marketing strategy to strengthen the positioning of building materials solutions across key market segments.

Define value propositions and go-to-market strategies for product ranges and project-based solutions.

Partner closely with commercial and technical teams to support business growth through trade marketing and market activation initiatives.

Lead new product launches and ensure the development of effective marketing collateral for technical product ranges.

The Successful Applicant You hold a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus.

You bring at least 12 years of marketing experience, ideally within the building materials, construction products or a similar technical industrial sector.

You have strong expertise in product marketing, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies, with the ability to position technical solutions in B2B markets.

You are comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, technical and regional teams.

You combine a strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market data to support strategic decisions and are fluent in English, able to operate effectively in an international environment.
