Monitor project budgets, programmes and key development milestones.

The Successful Applicant A successful Manager - Development should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Finance or a related discipline.

Around 13+ years of real estate development experience within the UAE market in recent times Proven experience delivering residential, mixed-use or master-planned developments.

Strong understanding of development feasibility, planning approvals and development processes.

Demonstrated experience preparing development briefs and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants.

Ability to manage projects through early development and design stages while ensuring programme and budget compliance.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience working with leading developers or master developers within the UAE is highly desirable.
