Job Description Achieve targets for a given period by analysing the root cause of performance, setting action plans and measurable objectives to maximise sales and volume aspirations.

Develop and implement remarketing and used car strategies within the UK market.

Support the establishment of local remarketing processes, including the sale of pre-owned vehicles via closed auctions for the retailer network.

Expand the Approved Used Cars programme to align with UK profitability objectives.

Collaborate closely with the retailer network to define a comprehensive trade-in vehicle process, ensuring sustained profitability for retailers in the used car segment.

Foster strong relationships with the retailer network to facilitate the effective execution of remarketing and used car strategies across the UK.

Provide timely and insightful analysis reports on the market and key competitors to inform strategy and action plans.

Undertake responsibilities as determined by the immediate supervisor or as directed by the UK Senior Management Team.

The Successful Applicant A successful Used Car Specialist/Used Car Development Manager should have:3/4 Years work experience in automobile sales and dealer network management; Abundant resources and relationship with dealer group and dealers Capable of managing a business case, defining & executing operational plans as well as contributing to strategy Excellent management skills, preferably in projects involving site selection, architecture / construction approval processes and implementation of franchise standards.

Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenance capabilities; Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjective initiative, daring to innovate and break through.

Flexibility to travel throughout the Region.

What's on Offer Base salary of 60,000.

Performance-based bonus of 15%.
