Overview
In this interim role you will provide hands-on supply chain support during a transition, enabling continuity across restaurant locations.
You will work with 3PLs, distributors and internal teams to stabilise operations, monitor stock, coordinate inbound shipments, and resolve disruptions.
The position offers immediate start, a six-month window, and a hybrid London-based setup within a growing international foodservice brand.
You will help sustain service levels and operational stability during the interim period.

Responsibilities
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and distributor relationships
- Support day-to-day supply chain and distribution operations
- Monitor stock availability and maintain supply continuity across restaurants
- Coordinate inbound shipments and support import activities
- Manage supply disruptions and shipping delays, escalate issues when needed
- Analyze operational data with extensive spreadsheets
- Collaborate with restaurant operators and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues
- Ensure high service levels across the network
- Contribute to operational stability during the interim period
- Key requirements
- Immediately available to start
- Experience in supply chain operations
- Experience managing 3PL providers and distributor relationships
- Experience in QSR, casual dining, foodservice, hospitality, or restaurant environments (hotel food supply chain experience acceptable)
- Strong distribution and inventory management understanding
- Advanced Excel and data analysis of operational data
