Job Description Own and deliver the annual budget, periodic reforecasting, and longer-term planning processes.

Produce clear and reliable monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis, KPIreporting, and commentary on financial and operational drivers.

Support board, lender, investor, and senior management reporting through high-quality analysis and concise financial narrative.

Work closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to challenge assumptions, improve forecast quality, and provide practical financial support to decision-making.

Lead working capital analysis, including insight on cash, receivables, payables, and operational drivers of cash conversion.

Support EBITDA and CFADS covenant reporting and related forward-looking analysis.

Prepare and review business cases, investment appraisals, and post-investment tracking.

Maintain and improve Financial Planning & Analysis reporting packs, planning models, and analytical tools.

Ownership of concession-related planning data Contribute directly to the development of practical, credible management information rather than acting only as a reviewer of team output.

Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analysis processes, including better use of systems, data, and automation where appropriate.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have: A strong background in accounting or finance, with a ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification Experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.

Experience with financial modelling Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear insights.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Knowledge of the energy or infrastructure sector is preferred.
