This is also an opportunity for someone to be developed and have a long career with a well established organisationKey ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted procurement partner to key business stakeholders.Lead and support end-to-end procurement activity across a range of indirect and project-based categories.Develop sourcing strategies that deliver value, mitigate risk, and support business objectives.Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and contract negotiations.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and relevant regulations.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across procurement processes.Provide commercial and procurement expertise to support strategic business initiatives.The Successful Applicant A successful Procurement Business Partner should have:Proven experience in supply chain or procurement within the construction, manufacturing or public sector industryMust have knowledge of NEC and JCT construction contractsUnderstanding of procurement strategies, processes and commercial principlesExperience managing supplier performance and contractual relationshipsAbility to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levelsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working model with flexibility around office and home working.
