PE Real Estate Investment Analyst in London

Overview

In this role you will support a growing UK & Europe-focused private equity real estate fund by underwriting and executing deals across asset classes. You will work with the Investment Director and cross-functional teams to analyse opportunities, model financials, manage due diligence streams, and prepare investment committee materials. The position sits at the heart of deal flow, risk assessment, and performance monitoring, contributing to value-add and opportunistic strategies. This is a high-paced role with significant transaction activity and clear impact on investment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite deals and structure transactions
• Negotiate third-party financings and support deal structuring
• Manage due diligence work streams and coordinate with advisors
• Produce investment committee materials and assist quarterly reporting
• Analyse opportunities across asset classes and capital structures
• Support performance monitoring and asset management initiatives
• Collaborate with Investment Director and cross-functional teams on screening and execution

Key requirements

• Solid academic background in STEM or Real Estate (Bachelor in Real Estate or related)
• Experience analysing direct real estate deals in the UK
• Prior experience in real estate private equity, investment bank, or asset manager is preferred
• Advanced financial modelling and complex Excel analytics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-heavy environment
• Strong presentation and communication skills
