Job Description:

  • Provide end-user support for office-based and remote employees
  • Manage and monitor helpdesk ticketing system through to resolution
  • Deliver IT and AV support for client meetings and events
  • Deploy and administer hardware, software, and mobile devices (iOS)
  • Maintain inventory and billing for mobile devices
  • Support joiner and leaver processes (hardware, access, setup)
  • Install and configure monitors, workstations, cabling, and telephony
  • Perform regular maintenance of meeting rooms and IT equipment
  • Support IT storage areas, equipment rooms, and shared devices
  • Contribute to ad hoc IT projects and general support tasks
  • Occasional international travel as required

The Successful Applicant:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT support environments
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word formatting
  • Knowledge of data protection and information security practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated approach
  • Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
