Overview
In this role, you join a respected disputes practice to advise on a broad range of insolvency-related disputes with significant responsibility from day one.
You will handle claims, enforcement actions, and complex insolvency litigation while collaborating with senior partners.
You’ll build and manage client relationships and contribute to business development in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
- Advise on insolvency-related disputes including office holder claims, undervalue and preference transactions, misfeasance and fiduciary breaches
- Handle director disqualification matters, fraud and asset recovery work, and shareholder/partnership disputes with an insolvency angle
- Manage contentious bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings, enforcement and recovery actions
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business development
- Work closely with experienced partners on technically challenging matters
- Provide high-quality drafting and technical input across cases
- Take on early-day responsibility and client exposure
- Collaborate within a collegiate and entrepreneurial team culture
- Key requirements
- Solicitor qualified in England & Wales
- Experience in insolvency litigation at a recognised UK law firm
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Ability to manage matters and client relationships
- Interest in business development and long-term client relationships
