Job Description
- Work with operational and functional leaders to provide strategic advice and challenge- Identify and evaluate risks, opportunities and emerging business challenges
- communicate these to key stakeholders to support effective decision making- Lead, manage, coach and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, setting clear objectives for the team- Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance review processes, and contribute to monthly business reviews with leadership.- Maintain KPIs and performance reporting frameworks.- Lead and support business transformation and change initiatives.- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (including Procurement, IT, Regulatory reporting, Treasury, Core Finance and Project Accounting) to deliver strategic priorities and organisational improvements- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and operational teams- Influence decision-making through insights, analysis, and data-driven recommendations- Represent the business partnering function in key forums and governance meetings The Successful Applicant My client is looking for someone with the following experience:Fully qualified accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumenStakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leadershipExperience managing and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication and presentation xbpsjku skillsAbility to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisationSignificant experience in a Business Partner, strategic analysis or management reporting and analysis roleThe ability to start at short noticeWhat's on Offer
- A day rate commensurate with experience, up to a maximum of 500 per day (Umbrella company) or 440 per day (paye)- Hybrid working once up to speed within the role- A high-profile opportunity to influence and improve both the wider business and the finance team, delivering lasting change and tangible results- Immediate start and continuity of work for at least 9 months (potentially longer)
