Background in audit and/or financial reporting, ideally gained within a Top 4, Top 10, or leading accountancy practice before moving into industry.
Proven experience managing complex audits and statutory reporting processes.
Confident influencing senior stakeholders and able to challenge constructively on technical matters.
Commercially minded with a hands-on approach to improving processes and controls.
Experience within a large corporate or FTSE environment would be highly advantageous.
