About Our Client: A market leading B2B Travel brand.

Job Description:

  • Develop and lead the global B2B content strategy, aligned with commercial objectives and audience needs.
  • Own content planning and delivery for the EMEA region across digital channels and sales enablement.
  • Lead, mentor and support an established international team of Content Managers (x2).
  • Drive consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice and editorial standards across all markets.
  • Create content that supports the full customer journey, from awareness through to conversion.
  • Partner with SEO specialists to optimise content for search, AI-powered discovery, AEO and LLM search experiences.
  • Manage freelancers, agencies and external content partners to deliver high-quality content at scale.
  • Champion the use of AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency and workflow.
  • Develop effective content planning, governance and prioritisation processes.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, balancing business priorities across multiple regions.
  • Use data and performance insights to continually optimise content and demonstrate commercial impact.
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across global marketing teams.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Extensive experience developing and delivering B2B content strategies.
  • Experience leading and developing content teams within international or matrix organisations.
  • Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills across multiple content formats.
  • A commercial mindset with experience supporting demand generation, lead nurturing and sales enablement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Experience using AI content tools to improve workflows and productivity.
