Job Description
- Proactively identify and target new corporate clients across key sectors
- Execute high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking) to generate leads and meetings
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Engage and qualify decision-makers to understand their event requirements
- Introduce and position the company's event services, including corporate events, experiential campaigns, and production solutions
- Book and hand over qualified meetings to senior sales or account leads where appropriate
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity
- Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a new business / outbound sales role
- Background in the events industry or related services is highly desirable
- Strong "hunter" mentality with a passion for prospecting and opening new doors
