As their In-House Graphic Designer, you will be the creative engine behind their visual identity. Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality branded assets across digital and print channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Brand asset creation: Design and deliver branded assets across digital and print channels, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Digital design: Produce digital advertising creative including static display ads, animated GIFs and HTML email templates optimised for lead generation and member engagement.
- Print production: Translate digital designs for print across a full range of formats including brochures, flyers, reports, pull-up banners, merchandise, stationery and large-format materials.
- Email & landing page design: Design and build email campaigns and templates in Mailchimp, ensuring mobile-responsive, accessible and on-brand outputs.
- Presentation design: Create and maintain polished, branded PowerPoint and Word templates for use across the business.
- Social media & content design: Design engaging visual content for social media platforms and digital channels.
- Photo editing & image management: Retouch and edit photography and imagery using Adobe Photoshop; manage the internal asset library.
- UI/UX design support: Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups and design assets to support product and marketing digital initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team and wider business stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions.
- Project & print management: Manage multiple concurrent design projects to deadline; liaise with print suppliers and manage end-to-end print production processes.
- Ad hoc creative support: Provide design support for wider marketing campaigns, events and business initiatives as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5-7 years' experience in a graphic design role, ideally in-house within a professional services or financial services environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across both digital and print design.
- Demonstrable experience preparing and delivering print-ready artwork across various formats.
- Hands-on experience designing digital ads, animated GIFs and HTML creatives for lead generation and paid campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop.
- Experience designing UI/UX assets, prototypes and design systems in Figma.
- Ability to design, build and deploy branded email campaigns and templates in Mailchimp.
- Confidence in creating and maintaining branded PowerPoint presentations and Word templates.
- A strong eye for detail, typography and layout with a solid understanding of brand identity.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with strong communication skills.
- A genuine interest in AI tools and their application to design workflows is a plus.
