Job Description Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to fee earners.
Managing diaries, email inboxes, appointments and correspondence.
Assisting with document preparation, formatting, proof-reading and report production.
Printing, scanning, filing and collating legal documentation.
Supporting client onboarding and matter opening processes, ensuring accurate system updates.
Coordinating meetings, conference calls and client events, including travel and accommodation arrangements where required.
Assisting with court bundles, legal filings and liaising with relevant external bodies.
Processing billing information, expense claims and time recording data.
Conducting searches and administrative research as required.
Supporting business development and marketing initiatives.
